Wood Pellets
CLASS A1 Enplus - ash content - max 0.7 %
Class A2 - ash content 0.8 -1.8 %
Pellets: wood fuel pellets (pine, oak, etc.)
It is a product of pressing dry woodworking waste in a cylindrical shape. Fuel raw materials of vegetable origin are a natural substitute for fossil fuel raw materials. They have low ash content - up to 1.8%, high specific density - 650 kg/m3. The heat of combustion of pellets and coal is almost the same, but during the combustion of the pellets, the emission of carbon dioxide is 10-50 times less, and the formation of ash is 15-20 times less.
Straw Pellets
CLASS A1 Enplus - ash content - max 0.7 %
This fuel is made from agricultural waste.
Its main advantage is that CO2 is not emitted into the atmosphere during combustion. The disadvantages include the fact that when compared with wood pellets, the ash content is higher here. Pellets are well used not only as fuel, but also as bedding for animals.
